Atty. Benjamin Irineo Jude F. Rabuco III
He is an experienced lawyer known for his expertise in legal advice, corporate governance, and management. Since 2008, he served at the National Development Company (NDC) as an Attorney V. He is currently the Manager of the Legal Department handling legal litigation and managing contracts.
Previously, he worked as Special Legal Counsel at the Presidential Commission on Good Government, where he evaluated contracts for governmentcontrolled assets. He also served as a Presidential Consultant on Legal Affairs and Lifestyle Check, advising on actions against corrupt government officials. He has demonstrated proficiency in managing complex labor, criminal, and corporate litigation. He has been instrumental in reviewing and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and affidavits, and has conducted strategic meetings with clients to develop cases and legal strategies.
His responsibilities have also included establishing organizational policies, overseeing executive performance, managing financial resources, and reporting to stakeholders on organizational performance.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Arellano Law Foundation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from De La Salle University. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, which underscores his respected role in the legal community.
