Atty. Geneflor L. Santiago-Lumbang

Geneflor L. Santiago-Lumbang brings a wealth of experience in legal and asset management to her role as Assistant General Manager of the Asset Management Group at the National Development Company (NDC). In this capacity, she oversees the strategic management and operational performance of NDC’s assets, ensuring that the organization’s objectives are met with efficiency and effectiveness. Her role includes guiding strategic initiatives and maintaining the optimal performance of asset management operations.

Prior to her tenure at NDC, she contributed significantly to the Department of Finance, where she managed key privatization projects and public-private partnerships. Her responsibilities included legal reviews and coordinating government asset sales and privatizations, showcasing her expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and facilitating inter-agency efforts.

She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the same institution.
